Do you struggle to fall asleep at night? If you find yourself lying awake for hours, staring at the ceiling, you’re not alone. It can be incredibly frustrating and can leave you feeling exhausted the next day. But don’t worry, there’s a secret military sleep method that might just be the solution you’ve been looking for. In fact, 96% of people who try this method are able to fall asleep within two minutes.

This technique, which was developed by the United States Army, was primarily used by fighter pilots who needed to have sharp reflexes during combat missions. It was also helpful for soldiers who needed to fall asleep quickly in stressful or noisy environments. Thanks to Justin Agustin, a social media fitness coach, this method is now making waves and gaining popularity.

Justin posted a video explaining this technique and it has garnered over 12 million views. In the video, he demonstrates how to fall asleep in just two minutes by following a simple process.

The first step is to get comfortable and start focusing on your breathing. Begin by relaxing your body, starting from the top of your scalp and slowly working your way down to your feet. Make sure that every part of your body feels loose and relaxed. As you do this, imagine a warm sensation spreading from your head to your fingertips.

Continue this relaxation technique as you move down through your chest, taking deep breaths to promote relaxation. Then, proceed to relax your stomach, legs, and finally, your feet. Picture the warm sensation following you all the way down to your toes.

While you are doing this, it’s important to clear your mind of any stressful thoughts. Imagine yourself in a calm lake, floating in a canoe and enjoying the beauty around you. If your mind starts to wander, silently repeat the phrase “don’t think” for 10 seconds to refocus your attention.

Many people who have tried this technique have reported positive results. Some even mentioned that their parents, who were in the military, were taught this method and found it to be effective. So why not give it a try? You have nothing to lose and a good night’s sleep to gain.
