Denise had been feeling uneasy for the past few months, suspecting that her husband, Mitch, was being unfaithful. Little did she know that the truth was far worse than she could have ever imagined.
During a night out with their friends, Denise overheard Mitch bragging about the cars he had been working on, including Mustangs and a vintage Chevy. Given their financial difficulties with their auto repair shop, Denise was skeptical of his claims. However, she kept quiet, allowing him to enjoy his moment while their friends looked on in awe.
Later that evening, while Mitch went to the bar to get drinks, Denise noticed a beautiful blonde woman discreetly handing him a note. Curiosity got the best of her, and she snatched the note from Mitch’s hand. It read, “Thanks for last night?” It was clear that something was amiss.
Mitch quickly dismissed it as a prank by their friends, and their friend Tom reluctantly played along. However, Denise knew that it wasn’t a prank. Instead of making a scene in front of their friends, she decided to let it go, for the time being.
Just a few minutes later, Denise received a video on her phone from Mitch and the mysterious woman. Determined to find out the truth, she tried to approach the woman, but she hurriedly left the place and drove away in her car.
Feeling a mix of confusion and suspicion, Denise decided to investigate further. She discovered that Mitch had left his laptop unattended, and it happened to be unlocked. Taking this opportunity, Denise began searching through his files.
What she discovered was far more alarming than an affair. Photographs, car parts invoices, and car registration papers with matching VINs were scattered throughout his files. It became evident that Mitch was involved in criminal activities, and all those transactions were illegal.
With this newfound knowledge, Denise made the bold decision to confront Mitch at their auto repair shop the following day. When she arrived, Carlos, one of the workers, informed her that Mitch was at the back of the shop.
As Denise made her way to the back, she stumbled upon Mitch engaged in a heated argument with a stranger. Realizing the gravity of the situation, she discreetly recorded the confrontation. The words she heard chilled her to the bone.
“I can’t use parts that are already broken. Come on, at least give me something I can work with,” pleaded Mitch, desperation evident in his voice.
