Once upon a time, a woman embarked on a two-week trip to Italy for a company training session. Her loving husband dropped her off at the airport, wishing her a fantastic journey. Not to be outdone, another elderly lady, at the age of 80, stepped forward and declared, “That’s nothing! Watch me!” Without hesitation, she dove into the water and swam the 100 meters in just 1 minute.
Everyone stood in awe, amazed by her speed. Curiosity once again got the best of the young man, and he asked her, “How did you manage that? You’re incredible!”
She chuckled and revealed, “I used to hold a world record in swimming. Just because I’m older doesn’t mean I’ve lost my touch!”
The atmosphere was electrified, and then the unexpected happened. A 90-year-old lady slowly got up from her seat and announced, “This is ridiculous! I’m much faster than all of you!”
Without a moment’s hesitation, she gracefully dived into the pool and swam the 100 meters in a jaw-dropping 50 seconds. Cheers erupted from the spectators, declaring her feat a new world record.
In awe of her incredible achievement, the 80-year-old lady exclaimed, “Incredible! How on earth did you do that?”
With a mischievous smile, the 90-year-old replied, “Oh, that was easy! You see, I used to be a… ahem… a tour guide in Venice, and I made speedy home visits!”
