Locklear and Heisser were spotted on a shopping trip at the Whizin Market Square, a popular antique mall in Agoura Hills, California. This location is conveniently close to Locklear’s 8,000 square feet, six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in Westlake Village, where she resides.
Despite her fame, Locklear has been able to focus on herself and her love life in recent years. She seems genuinely happy spending time with Heisser, who interestingly happens to be her high school sweetheart. The couple seemed to be in great spirits as they explored the shelves of the antique shops, acting like an old married couple according to witnesses.
While Locklear was photographed without makeup and without her engagement ring, her joy and laughter were apparent. It’s clear that Locklear has come a long way since her struggles with substance abuse, which made headlines in 2018 when she entered a rehabilitation program. Now, she seems to be doing much better and enjoying her time in the sunshine with the love of her life.

According to a witness, the couple is very comfortable together and Locklear can truly be herself around Heisser. Locklear led the way during their shopping adventure, and Heisser followed closely behind as they searched for a special gift item. Locklear was seen carrying a small bag and couldn’t help but laugh at something her fiancé said. Although Locklear was without her engagement ring during this public appearance, it’s worth noting that she has been seen without it in the past, including an outing in March when she was shopping with a friend.
