Former adult film star Ron Jeremy is facing up to 250 years in prison if he is convicted of the serious sex crimes he has been accused of. The allegations against him include rape and sexual assault, with numerous women coming forward, some as young as fifteen.

Earlier this year, police officers searched Jeremy’s home, which was described as cockroach-infested and filled with trash. They were searching for evidence such as handwritten notes that could support the accusations against him. Specifically, they were looking for notes that said, “Don’t take women into bathrooms” and “he made me squirt.”

During the search, authorities also examined Jeremy’s computers and cell phones in the hopes of finding photographic evidence or any other indications of his alleged crimes. The search warrant was issued on April 8, 2020, and the search took place on the same day.

Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Detective Kevin Hom, who wrote the warrant, emphasized the importance of the search, stating that it could potentially reveal evidence of a felony having been committed.

In addition to the charges Jeremy had already been facing, he was hit with a new set of allegations on August 31. These new charges include five counts of forcible rape, three counts of forcible oral copulation, six counts of sexual battery by restraint, and lewd conduct with a minor. In total, he now faces twenty-eight counts of sexual violence in Los Angeles County, and if convicted on all counts, he could spend the next 250 years behind bars.

Jeremy, on the other hand, maintains his innocence. In a tweet, he wrote, “I am innocent of all charges. I can’t wait to prove my innocence in court! Thank you to everyone for all the support.”

Detective Hom’s search focused on finding specific handwritten notes that could corroborate the accusations against Jeremy. One note mentioned not taking women into bathrooms and instead emphasizing the importance of treating them with respect in a nice hotel. Another note referred to a woman claiming that Jeremy had made her squirt.

Aside from the notes, the police were also searching for photographs of two victims, whose identities remain confidential for their safety. The warrant explicitly mentioned the need to find hardcopy photographs of these victims, as well as any digital photos stored on computers or cell phones.

One woman who had visited Jeremy’s apartment in 2017 was appalled by its condition. She took photographs and sold them to the Daily Mail because she expected more from a well-known adult film star. According to her, the place was a mess, filled with trash and old porn memorabilia. The kitchen table resembled an unkempt porch, with plants growing around the legs and into the floor. She even compared the state of the apartment to an episode of the show “Hoarders,” citing cans of roach spray, piles of medication, books, DVDs, paperwork, and pet turtles.

The legal battle ahead will determine Ron Jeremy’s fate. Until then, he maintains his innocence, while the victims seek justice and closure.
