As his conservator, the bank assumed responsibility for all aspects of his care, including daily costs, health insurance, and property taxes. They also ensured appropriate transportation for his activities and doctor’s appointments.
To make decisions for Frank’s well-being, his guardian had to submit an initial care plan and regularly communicate with his family and potential romantic interests. The court recognized the necessity of a guardian to protect Frank’s health and prevent immediate harm.
