A shocking story has emerged of a 53-year-old woman who married her 22-year-old adopted son and subsequently lost custody of her five other adopted children. Aisylu Chizhevskaya Mingalim, a musician from Russia, caused a wave of shock and disbelief when she tied the knot with Daniel Chizhevsky.

Aisylu first met Daniel when he was just 13 years old, and she had been his caregiver since he was 14 after adopting him from an orphanage. Last Friday, the couple exchanged vows at a restaurant in Kazan, Tatarstan Republic. However, child welfare officials made the difficult decision to remove the other five children from Aisylu’s care.

The four girls and one boy have been relocated to other homes, either back into the care system or with family members. Aisylu also has a biological son from a previous marriage. Local media reported that Aisylu became passionate about adopting children after encountering orphans during a film project with a Tatarstan TV station.

Despite facing backlash, Aisylu defended her relationship, stating that their love is strong and they cannot imagine life without each other. She plans to leave Tartarstan with her husband and hopes to regain custody of her adopted children so they can live together as a family in Moscow.

This isn’t the first time such a shocking story has made headlines. Earlier this year, Patricia Spann shocked everyone when it was revealed that she had married two of her biological children and attempted to have a romantic relationship with a third. The detrimental effects on the family were discovered by authorities, resulting in the separation of the family and legal consequences for both mother and daughter.
