Best known for his role as Major Slater, Mario Lopez’s on-screen father in the hit show Saved by the Bell, Castillo left an unforgettable mark on television. It was Hemsley who convinced Castillo to make the move to Los Angeles, setting him on the path to success in Hollywood.
