They would also maintain communication with his family members and potential romantic interests. Additionally, the guardian is required to provide a yearly report on Frank’s well-being and progress.
According to legal documents, Frank’s condition had deteriorated significantly, rendering him unable to make important decisions about his financial affairs. His guardian has been tasked with making decisions on his behalf until he is well enough to take charge of his own affairs.
