Notably, Abby’s head tilts slightly to the right, while Brittany’s tilts to the left. Brittany’s leg is shorter, causing her to walk on tiptoe and have a more muscular calf. Their unique physical characteristics stem from the fact that Abby’s spinal growth ceased when Brittany stopped growing.
Incredibly, Abby and Brittany share a circulatory system with two hearts, four lungs, and three kidneys – a testament to their indomitable spirit.
