Disagreeing with the government is one thing, but disrespecting the men and women who fight for our freedom is just plain wrong. Recently, a liberal activist had to learn this lesson the hard way.
During an event at Rocks on the Range in Columbus, Ohio, a group of Marines arrived to share their love for America. Little did they know that they would encounter a liberal hippie who had no respect for their service.
In a shocking display, the activist approached the Marines and started calling them “murderers.” Despite the verbal abuse, the Marines remained stoic and did not let the hateful words affect them.
But then, things took a disgusting turn when the liberal punk spat in the face of one of the Marines. And that’s when he learned why you should never do such a vile act.
The Marine’s wife witnessed the whole incident and was shocked to see someone disrespect her husband in such a vulgar way. It was a wake-up call for her, making her realize the true sacrifice her husband makes to fight against terrorism and defend our freedom.

As the video shows, the Marine took a powerful stance, confronting the man who had been hurling insults at him. Despite the punk’s attempts to walk away, the Marine continued talking, trying to intimidate him.
At one point, the punk even approached another Marine and got in his face. This escalated the situation further until the Marine who had been spat on intervened to defuse the tension.
Fortunately, a Columbus police officer arrived and prevented the situation from becoming violent. The Marines did not want to resort to violence, and they expressed their gratitude to the Columbus Police Department and Ohio Highway Patrol for their assistance.
If it weren’t for the police stepping in, the punk might have faced severe consequences for his disrespectful actions. Though many may wonder why the Marines didn’t retaliate, their commitment to maintaining peace and order prevailed.
